感温变色油墨Temperature change color ink

温变油墨又称热感变色油墨，感温变色油墨，热敏变色油墨、和示温油墨。Temperature is also called thermal ink color ink, heat change color ink, polychromatic inks, and heat sensitive ink.

一、千色变公司生产的温变油墨分为以下几类Types：

消色：“可逆温变消色油墨”：常温下显示某种特定颜色，经加温后颜色消失变为无色，   冷却后立即恢复到原有颜色，因其变化过程可逆；

①基本颜色：大红、朱红、玫红、桃红、橙红、金黄、紫罗兰、深蓝、蓝色、绿色、黑色、土耳其蓝Basic color: bright red, scarlet, mei red, pink, orange, yellow, violet, dark blue, blue, green, blue, black, Turkey

⑤温度28度（含）以上基本颜色是有色变无色，温度22度（含）以下是无色变有色

特殊无色变有色：（玫红60度）（55度玫红色、蓝色）

⑥温变油墨不可生产的颜色：金银白

⑦油墨性状：外观为半透明液体状态，为油性油墨。颜色丰富色差变化明显的优点，使用胶印机效果不好的缺点。

⑧可用印刷方式：丝印 移印 凹印凸印转印,胶印的颜色很浅，效果不明显。

适用底材：纸张布料金属玻璃陶瓷塑料。 温变油墨不可承印的底材为硅胶、橡胶，有弹性，印上容易开裂，不建议使用。

Suitable substrate: paper metal glass ceramic plastic cloth. Temperature not printing ink substrate for silicone, rubber, elastic, printed on easy craze, is not recommended.

⑨印刷背景建议使用白色或浅白色系，可提高颜色变化的差异度。

 一般使用寿命是4000-8000次的变色次数（正确存储和使用的情况下）

⑩应用范围：防伪标签、酒类包装防伪，、食品、饮料、农药等 产品特种包装印刷。

  运用在变色杯领域，可丝印（丝印在花纸上转印到杯子上）水转印，一般用的是45度。

Application scope: anti-counterfeit labels, wine packaging anti-counterfeiting, cigarettes, food, beverages, pesticides and other brand-name products of special packaging printing.

Used in the field of color changing mugs, screen printing (screen printing on paper transfer printing on the glass) water transfer printing, generally use is 45 degrees.

三、使用方法/注意事项Method of use/matters needing attention：

1、干燥方式：（自干、烤干、UV固化），60-100度，5分钟左右。薄膜类的自干方式干燥。印在陶瓷杯上可用150度烤20-30分钟。

Drying methods: (from dry, dry, UV curing), 60-100 degrees, about 5 minutes. Dry film class since the dry way. On the ceramic cup available 150 degrees bake for 20 to 30 minutes.

2、温变油墨（油性）使用时不下网很稠时，可用稀释剂783稀释，稀释比例为3%-5%。（也可定制水性油墨，并用水稀释）印刷背景建议使用白色或浅白色系，可提高颜色变化的差异度。

3、网版选择：网目大小选择在150目~200目之间。Screen options: mesh size in the range of 150 mesh to 200 mesh

4、储存：感温变色油墨应密封储存于密闭、干燥、阴暗处，避免阳光直射。

5、毒性与安全性：感温变色油墨对皮肤用呼吸道有轻微刺激性，搬运时应密闭，印刷操作时的环境应保持良好的通风状况。油墨完全干燥后，不会有任何异味或刺激性，符合安全玩具和食品包装规格基准。
